We started Luminary Augmenters because we've lived the CEO journey—the one where growth creates as many problems as it solves, where every decision feels high-stakes, and where you know what needs to be done but lack the bandwidth to execute it all.

While we serve CEOs across industries, Brandon brings deep, hands-on aviation operations experience that sets Luminary Augmenters apart in the flight training industry.

As the founder of NextGen Flight Academy, Brandon personally completed Part 141 FAA certification twice—not as a consultant reading Advisory Circulars, but as the operator navigating every regulatory requirement, documentation challenge, and operational adjustment needed to earn FAA approval. He knows the difference between what the FAA manual says and what actually works when an inspector walks through your door.

Carson brings systems and technology expertise from serving as Chief of Staff at Stratus Financial, building infrastructure that supports 423 flight school partners. Together, we've systematized what works into a proven fractional COO model.

Brandon founded NextGen Flight Academy and personally completed Part 141 FAA certification twice, building the school into a leading aviation training provider. He serves as Co-CEO of Stratus Financial, one of the nation's largest aviation finance companies.
